Data collected

Name, email address, optional telephone number and company, area of interest and message content. Please do not include special-category personal data, confidential documents or personal data concerning third parties.

Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to respond to enquiries, manage pre-contractual requests and maintain necessary correspondence. Applicable legal bases may include Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Art. 6(1)(f) for professional correspondence.

Recipients and retention

Website enquiries are routed according to the selected category: solar PV installations and EV charging enquiries to our Milan-based technical contact; project, investment, land, public-sector and other enquiries to our commercial contacts, with the technical contact copied. A copy of every website enquiry is archived in the general company mailbox info@nfenergy.eu. Authorised staff and appropriately instructed service providers may access the information. Data are retained for as long as necessary to handle enquiries and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable legal requirements. The specific retention period must be defined in our records of processing activities before the website goes live.

Data subject rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and where applicable portability via the company's contact channels. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

The website may load web fonts from Google Fonts. Illustrative images are hosted locally and do not involve third-party photo providers. No proprietary analytics or tracking cookies are included in this delivery.
